Here is quote from product page I ordered from at www.tradersaccounting.com:

"Your purchase has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we will promptly and cheerfully refund 100% of your purchase price."

But they claim this only applies if you never open the product, is that NUTS?

How could you know if you are dissatisfied or not if you don't open it?

I ordered two products, turned out to be the same thing with different titles, so I tried to return one of them per the guarantee from the web page I ordered from and this was their excuse for not giving me a refund and accepting a product return.

When I asked mr Crimmins in an email to explain how this return policy works, what does it mean to him to say "If for any reason ... " he never answered any additional emails.

Refund received

AUTHOR: FlinnMR - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, February 06, 2011

I got the refund today, approximately one year later. They apparently sent email to me that was filtered by my mail server, even though I have turned off all spam filtering at the server and in my email client. They sent me a copy of the emails that were returned to them. I do not understand why their email was rejected, it should not have been.

I would delete this report if I could, but the Ripoff-Report policies do not permit deletion by anyone, even the original author.

Thanks to Ripoff-Report for facilitating constructive communication for me.

The amount of money involved is less than $100, so it is the principle that counts, not the money.

My sincere thanks to Traders Accounting for resolving this issue, even though it is kind of old. They even refunded the shipping cost, which was not necessary.

I am unaware of their attempt to contact me by any means, this is untrue, just one more bit of proof that these guys are completely unreliable.

Traders Accounting Rebuttal

AUTHOR: Trader Accounting - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, October 11, 2010

In a good faith  effort to resolve Mikes compliant, Traders Accounting has tried to reach him three times to resolve the issue; once by phone, twice by email. To date he has not responded.  That being said, where is the ownership of responsibility on the customer to adhere to the terms of the sale? Mike is not saying he is unsatisfied with the content on the CD, just that it appears to have some similar information. Furthermore, because he does not like our policies he simply posts a negative comment to disparage Traders Accountings good name.
