On February 6 2007, I contracted with Trade lines Cooperative in an attempt to revamp my credit. I was working with Larry Watt who informed me that each trade line would cost 700 dollars. He also promised credit counseling for the other negative things I had on my credit.
After paying 1400 by check, he called and said the trade lines were added. We still have not seen any results after 3 reporting cycles. I called the credit bureaus myself and they said no new accounts have been reported or added within the last 3 months.
To my dismay, every time I call, I always have to leave a message. To get a hold of him today, I used a friend's cell phone. He then picked up the phone to say that indeed American Express and Bank of America cards were added onto the credit report. He also asked me to send him an email so he can send me the proof.
He also now states that even though the contract states that results may be noticed within 180 days and not the 30-90 days he originally purported.
I requested for a refund and he refused. I really want my money back. This is becoming ridiculous.

Hi,
Thank you for your response and help. I have filed a complaint with th Florida attorney General's office and with the FBI cyber crimes unit. I will wait to hear from them. I was also advised to file a report with the local police department. We have to get this crook behind bars quickly.

I am so sorry that you also have a victim of Larry Watts aka Sean Beaman from Traders Cooperative, TL aka TradeLines Cooperative, Inc., I do hope that you will use every legal avenue available to get your refund and take all criminal and civil actions against this creep!
I do hope that you will get your money back, at this time some of us have and have not received a refund. However you also should be looking at the larger picture here. You need to take steps to protect yourself and your identy ASAP!
I also was told by Sean aka Larry that credit counseling was part of the deal, which was not following through on his end. (See my report on this site)
