trailerdale mobile home park new owner/ supervisor/ management named ed thats all i know and/or anyone knows. stick me with the responsibility of the outstanding rent balance on the lot that the previous owner of my mobile home after i had not only put money into repairs and my purchasing it from the previouse owner that failed to tell me he was evicted and tresspasing the guy ed told me to call police and have him removed from the premesis!!! now they are trying to take the trailer from me buy charging me the last guys rent debt and put a lien on my title. after making a verbal agreement i get a 7 days to vacate note on my door two days after the date on the paper that it was supposedly delivered....hmmmm glendale  arizona

beware! this neighborhood is mostly addicts and loud noisy and obnocktious thieves and people that burglarize your home. i had purchased a mobile home from this guy that failed to mention a few key points in the matter that if i had known i would not have spent my money and time and energy into if i was to get stuck with the previous owners insane amount of back rent on the lot right after i just spent money purchasing it and getting the materials that i have already don to remodel and repair the home, and have to call the police on the revious owner cause he was tresspassing and wouldnt leave and had stolen an a/c unit that was in my newly owned home, have to deal with the people he had sent to break into my home and steal whatever was left that is technically leagally mine after purchasing it. i also get stuck with a notice to vacated stuck onto my trailer door 2 days after the date of delivery that is printed on it to vacate in 7 days stating that i now owe the previous owners rental balance of over 1,400$ and i had spent maybe a total amount of 1000.00 of materials ontop of what i paid for the trailer, and this is all after i had made a verbal agreement already with the supervisor "ed", which no one in the parks even knew or probably still doesnt know who the new owners/managers really are the prvious park manager didnt even know who to give the rent money to for like two months..

Also, i am pretty sure that no one still doesnt know who owns thatpark and its hard to get ahold of anyone on the number listed and the afterhours number oh, if you leave a message i'll be surprised if they'll even call you back. I been trying for sometime now its a hassel stressful and wrong to stick me with more dept than i paid on the trailerand the guy i bought it from get away scott free and i'm out with his bad credit and get ripped off for over a 100 g's ontop of that the trailer is worth way more than that bill i'm being f'd with. plus i found out that the guys girlfriend had paid two of the months im being charged for and has the reciepts and has been brought to their attention and still got a 1400 dollar bill when the rent is 267 a month on the lot doesnt add up and is messed up..

I have lived here at Trailerdale MHP for the past 3 years. Nothing but problems here! The manager "Jennifer" doesn't do her job right! She is harldy ever here in the office on what the office hours states on renter's office window. It says the rental office is open Monday through Friday from 9am-llam closed from 11am to 4pm Then is open from 4pm to 5pm. But she is hardly ever there! At least when i go to the office at those times that it says it's open! Her excuse is that she is at the other property (trailerpark). I see her throughout the day driving through here in her truck. She has family, relatives and friends that live here. I seen her at one of her relatives trailer at the time that the office is supposed to be open. What is she doing?? She is only 23 years old, I have more experienced as a supervisor/manager than she does managing this trailerpark! I can do a way better job managing this place than she could or do! There are people living here in the trailerpark doing drugs, selling drugs, multiple cars coming and going throughout the day and night! She claims she's taken care of the issue with the tenants who do/sell drugs. NOT!! I see it going on! My neighbors see it going on here! I hear it from them as well! And it doesn't help when she is "friends" with some of these people who do or sell drugs here! I also suspect that she or her husband may be selling drugs because of the nice expensive trucks they own. She and her father are friends with a pervert "pedophile" who talks to little underage girls and tries to get them to go inside his truck! He offers these young underage girls drugs and alcohol if they come inside his truck. I know this cause one of the neighbors told me this! One night i saw him driving up and down this trailerpark all night. I was outside and saw this! He kept going in loops! I'm thinking this guy must be drinking or on drugs or BOTH! The manager "Jennifer", is the one who checks our water meter usage each month. She is writing down or miscalculating the usage! My neighbor told me his water usage was incorrect and he told her about it and he said she told him, she must have miscalculated and would correct it. Not sure what came of that issue. Others have complained about this as well! She plays favorites and is friends with some of these people who use/do or sells drugs! She's not gonna evict them or ask them to leave! She as the manager, has loud parties with the music being loud and partying and loud music up until 2 or 3am in the morning on the weekends. She should know better since she is "the manager" of the trailerpark! No respect for anyone else who lives here and has to sleep and has to get up early for work or school! Some people living here (other tenants) have their dogs running loose on the property and some of these dogs come into my yard and other people's yard and relieve themselves in our yards! Where are the dogs owner's at?? Why are they letting their dogs run loose?? I can't seem to find anyone who knows who is the owner of the trailerpark or his/her phone number! Beware of even wanting to buy a trailer from Trailerdale Mobile Home Park at 4843 W. Glendale Ave. Glendale, AZ 85301.
