When did your move take place? If you were picked up after April 16th, your whole move was illegal, as that's when Trans-American Van Lines' license was revoked. It's still inactive to this day.
If you haven't yet, please report this move to the DOT/FMCSA, by calling 1-888-DOT-SAFT. Their license number is DOT#1111199, MC#455402
File a police report there in FL for the stolen items. They can't claim it's lost, as the boxes were taped shut, opened, one expensive item taken, and re-taped shut. The IPod might be easy to locate at a pawn shop if it's an older model with engraving. Trans-American was your mover from start to finish, right? They never sub-contracted? So it was only their workers who had access to your boxes.
Unfortunately, the company's incorporation has gone Inactive as well, so you can't take them to Small Claims Court.
