I also bought some lots from trans caribbean trust co.
everything we we're told from that first showing up to now
has been untrue. we have had nothing but problems with each
lot and strung along with lie after lie. my wife did not trust nor
want any part of this group, but I insisted and spent our life savings.
I believe we are left with nothing or very close. you can count on us
to be a part of what will be coming to this company and it's owner.

My sisters and I were all scammed. We purchased lots in Cozumel Island Estates in 2008 and the land is completely unbuildable. TCT promised to help us secure permits since we were willing to be the first owners to build on the land. The permits never came because it was never possible to build homes there. They lied to us for years, strung us along, didn't inform us when the building laws became even stricter (that's strange... you'd think they tell us about that, right?).
