Working with this company was an absolute disaster. We were billed higher rates than quoted. We were told our quotes were ALL IN TO OUR DOOR and then additional fees were added to our invoices. We were given terms on payment. After we notified the company we were unhappy about the increased fees we were charged - they made assumption we would no longer book with them - immediately REVOKED our terms and held our containers hostage. We paid them all monies they requested to release our containers from the port - and they still did not release causing addtional fees for storage at the port. All we wanted were our products delivered - and now to this moment our containers are 2 days in storage and still not released by this nightmare of a company. I am posting this message to try to help other companies that import products to NOT USE TRANS GLOBAL LOGISTICS. They are a dishonest and terrible company. There customer service is terrible and they have NO IDEA how to treat a paying customer. I strongly advise against using them.
NOTE: They were billed me in some cases 10% above the quoted rates which is completely unacceptable.
