They start you out slow (they don't want to overwhelm you right from the start) and increase the volume as you are able to handle more. You don't get paid by the hour but by what you do...how much work you produce. However, I have had some of our professional MT's say that based on their production they seem to earn about $20 to $25 an hour. After completing the training program, people seem to do quite well and as they get more professional at this, people seem to earn $1,000 to $2,000 a month working part-time about 20-30 hours a week. Some make $3,000-$4,000 a month, full-time working 40-48 hours a week (this does not happen immediately). If you want to work more, you'll earn more. If you want to work less, you'll earn less.
