TransAm Financial Services is a company that is full of lies!!  When we contracted with Jeremy Wardle we were told that we could do a 6 month contract.  Which was the only reason that we signed the contract with him.  When we signed the contract it was obvious that they had alot of business because it was nearly impossible to get in contact with of him and also the agent Carrie Maltbie.  The third day of signing the contract with them we sent via fax and email of the invoices and the company that we were starting with them to factor. For some reason or another they kept losing the paperwork that we sent over to them so we had to send it again.  In between three different people in our offices we sent them the same paperwork over 50 times which is practically unheard of. Finally after a week of them not returning our calls or emails we told them that " I guess since you will not return my messages in any form I will see them that Monday" funny how fast we got a call then.

They always claimed that they never received our request to have our reserves sent to us which was another hassle.  Finally after getting the one customer's invoices paid out to all of the carriers that was owed we never sent them anything else again.  Almost 9 months later with no calls either way ( from us or to us ) and not running anything through them we have decided to go through another company.  Here is where it gets funny.  The new company informs us that TransAm Financial has put a hold against our UCC and we need to get a letter of release from them.  So we call Jeremy Wardle and he tells us that he will not sign a letter of release and that if we wanted to terminate our contract we would need to send in a letter of request but it needed to be done that week (90 days from the end of contract a request needs to be sent in) but no guarantees.  Then to top it off we asked why he would want to hold on to a company that is not benefiting his company and his company is not benefiting them....his answer " it is what it is" and the ......he slammed the phone down.

Finally after sending faxes and emails to all of the contacts on file he comes back and tells us that he will grant the termination request.  That is cool but what about signing the letter of release??

He comes back 30 min before the close of business and tells us ( now mind you this is not stated nowhere in the contract) that in order to get a letter of release we had to pay $1000.00.  Really ??? For what ?? June was the last time we had any type of contact with your company and here it is January and you want to extort $1000.00 from us because your company is rude, lazy unorganized unprofessional??? I dont think so.  Stay away from this company or else they will burn you beyond repair. They will rip you off!! They will not return you calls, messages, or emails.
