Transconnect Enterprise ripoff Bronx New York

Ordered their software via PayPal.

Downloaded the files. Software would not install per the instructions.

Emailed for help. Received one reply stating I was too vague in my complaint. So I replied back and was more specific and my email was returned undeliverable.

I have attempted emailing and phone calls. I get no responses to my emails and every phone number I try either cannot be connected as dialed or is answered by an answering machine asking that I leave a message.

I would ask for the "guaranteed Money Back, no questions asked", but there seems to be no one to ask. I have tried searches on the internet and there are several of these Refund Recovery sites and they all seem to conduct busines in this manner as I have tried to contact each of them to no avail.
