This to inform all who surf the internet for loans TO BE AWARE!!!!! My husband and I are victims. Earlier in July my husband received a call from Trans Credit Financial that he'd been approved for a $7000.00 loan. The comapny faxed him the documents and he signed them and faxed them back. He then sent my money gram $1700.00 to a person in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
After no funds were deposited in the account, I called the Washington State Attorney General office and was connected to the Internet Fraud Division. Low and behold the company is fraudulant. They do not excist. As of the 28th of July, the site was shut down and a interent scam alert was issued. I have filed the report with the ifcfbi.gov. These are scum sucking bottom feeders that prey on people with bad credit. I don't understand how people can be so cruel and prey on innocent people. I think my husband has learned his lesson and hopefully no one else will fall for such a fraudulant scam. We have had to close our checking account and reopen a new one, no way to pay our house payment or other bills, have to put alerts on our credit reports. I have notified the creditors that payments would be late. Creditors are not understanding about these kind of things. Trust Me.

I have filed a report with the FCC, the BBB, the IFCC and the Attorney General's Office in Washington. I am also filing a report with the Attorney General's office in Canada.
I will file a report with my local law enforcement agency and i will be in contact with the Washington State Financial Institute.
They also have my ss# along with my bank & drivers licence information and a copy of my birth certificate. My checking account is now closed however they still have vital information about me.
My money was sent to them through Moneygram to a Joseph Thomas in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

We have done the same. After our funds were not deposited I began to research the net. A nanosecond google returned the truth. We have also filed with the internet fraud department as well as the federal trade comission and our local sherrif's department. Good luck!
