Transfer My Timeshare Llc I paid several hundred dollars closing costs to buy a timeshare 6 months ago,they will not finish sale,and will not return calls or e mails- Dover New Hampshire

I initiated a purchase of a timeshare in oct of 2007, seller sent all of the necessary papers by the first of november and I sent several hundred dollars for closing costs to transfer my timeshare. They sent a few return e-mails in the first few months always blaming someone else for dropping the ball and assigning to a new closer.

They now will not return any of my e-mails or phone calls and have not for the last 2 plus months.

I have talked to the seller, they are also upset, understandably so. They had tried for months to get their money assuming that the closing company had it, and of course are having the same lack of response
from transfer my timeshare. They will not return any of their calls either.

Even if they do start to correspond with us I am afraid to send the rest of the purchase money based on the history we now have, but they have all the paper work from the seller so we can't seem to go elsewhere
either. What a ripoff!!
