I ordered this program on 6/30/08 for an introductory offer of $4.95. After three days, they informed me that I would have to make five payments of 79.99 (there was a 30-day money back guarantee). I reluctantly agreed. However, despite the fact that the program is not worth $350.00, they deducted an extra payment of $79.99. I have been fighting with them for over two weeks in an effort to get reimbursed for the extra payment. I have sent them cancelled checks as well as teleconferenced a bank representative with their manager who confirmed that six payments were deducted from my account and deposited into their account.

I finally filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and saw that I was not the only customer that this had happened to. They have an "unsatisfactory" rating because of all the bad business and dissatisfied clients that have filed complaints. So, despite the bad economy and a desire to find a way to "eliminate your debt", this program is WORTHLESS and you will have no luck in getting a refund if you are dissatisfied with the program or if you overpay like I did. My opinion is that they stay in business by collecting extra payments from clients who don't fight back!!
