transglobe-lighting.com The Lighting Company Only received half of what I paid for, now they're no where to be found Chicago, Illinois
I called them immediately and sent a number of emails in an attempt to fix the problem before the order was shipped...no one answered my calls and no one responded to my emails. I called again the next day and finally got someone on the phone. The problem was fixed.
A few days later I received my order. I opened the box only to find that transglobe-lighting.com only sent me half of a light fixture. They sent me the part that attaches to the ceiling, but no glass to cover the bulbs. What am I supposed to do with that? Again, I called them immediately and sent two emails. I still have not gotten anyone on the phone and no one has responded to my emails. I left one voicemail, and I'm unable to leave any others because their voicemail is now full (I wonder why).
My next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I've ordered a lot of things online and I've never dealt with such a lack of professionalism. Their website reports that satisfaction is guaranteed and that they offer attentive customer service...don't believe it. This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with an online company. Do not buy from these people!
