June 10th...I took my car to Transmission Experts, at 5426 Buford Highway. I showed them the problem.

June 13th...They said my car was fixed and I can come pick it up. I paid 2,100.00 for the work done.

June 16th... After the weekend on monday I took my car back monday June 16th because it definitely wasn't fixed. showed them the problem. But they told me to bring it back on the friday

June 20th...I took my car back to them.

June 25th...they kept it until it was fixed. But it still wasn't fixed the same problem kept occurring.

Sept 1st...03 They took my car again. Everytime I came by it was park in the same place. I called them to find out when it would be ready. And they told me to come by tommorrow. They found a problem, and fixed it. They told me that they made just adjustments to transmission.

Sept 18th... I got my car back. I drove it and it was still having problems.

Nov 3rd... I showed them the problem again and the manager. The manager said that he sees the problem. They said they found the problem.

Nov 17th... I got my car back and it was still doing the same thing.

Dec 1st... I took it over there. It began getting cold. When driving it, it doesn't act up when it's cold. Drove it down it street and came back and did not see the problem. But everytime I took it back I would show them the problem. I show the manager the problem, and he said Okay. That is when they told me that when I come back they will be across the street because they were moving.

They move the company across the street to 5465 Buford Highway. It is now Expert Transmission as of the beginning of December. Before the christmas holidays they did not find the problem. however
after holidays in January, they said that they did find the problem.

The same manager at Transmission Expert, that took my car, told me that they now found the transmission to be burned out.

In January, on the 26th This manager said all of the cars are going to be fixed the latest Friday the earliest on Monday. But my February 2nd, Monday everything changed, the old manager that I was working with was gone.

The new manager told me to call me back tomorrow by 10:00 and I'll let you know something. So on February 3rd, I called. and he told me that the warranty had expired, and that the name of the company had changed. And he didn't know why the other guy told me that. And it was going to cost me 900.00 to get the car fixed.
