Transport King and Logistics LLC Scam business with collecting victim's deposit but no shipping service at all Pahrump Nevada

Transport King and Logsitics LLC took my deposit money of $180 on job order#1649 and promised to ship my car on 01/23/2015 from NC to CA, but never sent driver to pick up, no phone calls on and one week later of scheduled day. So I requested to cancel the order with full refund. But Rene Bloch, who is taking care of my order, canceled my order without refund on 01/27/2015. I was fighting with credit card company to refuse to pay, it didn't work. This scammer didn't pay me back for deposit of $180. This scammer had many bad reviews like this kind online if you google Transport King and Logistics LLC. Why not investigate and punish this business with great fine and return the victim's loss, including my $180 loss?  No punishment, more victims. Why this company still can survive to be scammer?
