will lock you into an unbreakable 3 year contract that renews automatically and will not stop until you submit in writing you wish to cancel, not only that but you must submit it in writing no sooner than 90 days before the last day of contract and if you don't submit by the last day of the contract they automatically renew for a year and it'll cost you $495 to cancel unless you wait until 90 days before THAT contract is up.

No one tells you this upfront and when contacting customer service about it in trying to cancel they were extremely rude and uncaring, when asked if they thought this was a little unfair they flat out said "oh well, should have read the fine print" and when asked if they planned to continue taking money even though their services were no longer being used they simply said "Yep." we've even had our current credit card processing company's sales rep contact transtech and they were rude to her too. Bottomline transtech merchant group is a bunch of unethical nasty people, avoid at all cost.
