On January 17, 2012 I signed up with them to use their debit-credit card machine.  ONLY because I was told it was free for the first 30 days. 

On February 02, 2012.  I was charged a fee.  I called to ask why and what it was for.  The lady explained it to me.  I then told her that I wasn't suppose to be charged anything.  Explaining that I had the machine for free for 30 days.  She then got very rude and told me that all fees were final...there would not be a refund of fees.  I then call the guy that "rented" the machine to me.  He called his boss and told him the story said he was sorry that the fees would indeed be refunded.  With in 24- 48 hours.  Ok.  Today is February 09, 2012 I have yet to refunded those fees.

Today I get on my banks website to see another fee of $95.00.  I call the guy that "rented" me the machine again.  He called his boss.  Got a song and dance said I needed to call customer service.  So WE did.  The customer service lady this time was also very rude.  Explained that there was no free month that we have a 30 days grace period.  At that time we would be charged the $95.00 yearly fee.  Okay...As you can see by the dates it is still with in the 30 grace period.  I told her I wanted my money returned along with the other fees.  (They were only $13.00)  She also started to get very rude and explained to me that was the way it was.  The only way I could get the yearly fee back was to cancel the service..in writing.  Transfered me to another department wanted me to explain why I was cancelling my contract.  Explained the whole thing to her AGAIN.  I told her that I would not be mailing her a cancellation letter she needed to give me her fax number.  I then asked her how long it would take for them to refund my money.  She said after it is receive it will take 24-48 hours.  So that would be Monday-Tuesday.  We will see what Tuesday brings.

Do NOT do business with these people.  Their customer service is rude.  Probably due to all the complaints they listen to all day.
