I ordered a 1 time Credit Report and FICO score from TransunionCS.com, a branch site of Transunion.com. During the Identity Confirmation section, there are 5 questions you must answer correctly to confirm your identity. I answere 3/5 and continued to answer the questions with the CORRECT account numbers but the site kept saying 'this information does not match our records." After too many attempts of plugging in the CORRECT info, of course the site said my account had been temporarily suspended for protection. I immediately called Customer service (800-784-3092) and was transferred and disconnected. I immediately called again and got in touch with a gentlemen (yes all their operators out outsourced in India). He told me the transunioncs.com site doesn't work anymore and gave me another number to call for my FICO score. I told him of my apprehension of being charged and the site having my financial information and account #'s and he reassured me there was nothing to worry about and that I wouldn't be charged. About an hour later, I had a charge on my account for $14.95.

I tried to call back but was given the run-around again. I decided to wait until the next day to see if my account would be unfrozen (signing in would just get me the 'your account has been temp. suspended) but it is still suspended. I called the 800-784-3092 number again, and was told I would be transferred to the right person who could help me and give me my score. After a couple  minutes of waiting, the 'right person' told me she couldn't help me as transunioncs.com was a different cust. service group and she only covered True Credit and Transunion. She told me that she was going to transfer me to a person who could help and when, fearing another disconnection I asked for the number, she told me it was 800-784-3092, the original number I had called. I was being given the run-around. The operators obviously don't really know what's going on. Do not use True Credit or TransunionCS or TRANSUNION!!! They take all your identity info and now I can't remove it from my profile. They charged me for a report that they never gave and gave me the run around when I called Customer Service. Very Shady, and a true RIP OFF. Hopefully  my bank will remove their charge asap and they will not be recharging me for a product that they FALSELY ADVERTISE on their site and DO NOT DELIVER NOR PROVIDE!  STAY AWAY!
