Transwest Freightliner would not warranty work Commerce City Colorado

Took truck into shop to have clutch fan hub and head gasket replaced. when work was done machanic said head and block were ok, and all checked out. Cost was 7200.00. Got 868 miles to McCamey TX to deliver and truck was pushing oil into radiator fluid and pushing it out of the overflow. Took truck to Odessa TX freightliner where head was removed again. Was told by Machanic that it was found to be pitted (dusted),head was possibly cracked, and number 6 liner let go and all other cyliners were mirrored. I should of been informed of this in CO at Transwast. Transwest would not warrenty any work what so ever. Was told by Odessa freightliner that basic rebuild had to be done at a cost of 18,762.00. I had to sell everything i could at home and could only come up with 11,200.00. Wound up having to sell truck for parts and got 5500.00 for a 54,000.00 2006 freightliner classic. I am seeking legal advice. I would advise not to get any repairs done at Transwest in commerce city CO.
