PURCHASED SEVERAL PACKAGES ON E-BAY, AND PAID ALL REQUIRED FEES AND DEPOSITS ETC, TWO + YEARS AGO. FIRST TIME I ASKED FOR DATES, THEY COULDN'T ACCOMMODATE THEM. TRIED SEVERAL MORE DATES. AGAIN NO GOOD, BUT EACH TIME GIVES $25 CREDIT TOWARDS BALANCE. (WITH THESE CREDITS I NOW OWN NOTHING ON THE TRIPS.)

SO, I THEN STARTED WRITING ANY DATES IN ANY MONTH, YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU HAVE OPEN AND WE'LL MAKE OURSELVES AVAILABLE TO WHAT BEARCOUNTRY VACATIONS HAS AVAILABLE. NOW WE DON'T GET ANY RESPONSES AT ALL.

WOW, WHAT A SURPRISE, YOU LOCATED A FILE ON ME. WELL, YOUR INFORMATION IS STILL WRONG, IT IS THREE TRIPS PAID, NOT TWO AS YOU ARE SAYING. I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED ANYTHING! I HAVE ALL COPIES OF THE REQUESTS AND ALSO THE ONES THRU YOUR WEBSITE ALSO! FIRST YOU HAVE NO RECORD OF ME, NOW YOU DO. CLAIM REFUNDED THE MONEY, WELL PATRICIA, I NEVER GOT A REFUND, AND YOU KNOW IT... EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES..........CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT OTHER STORIES YOU COME UP WITH.

Patricia Moore is a liar! She was refunded 2/11/04

We did locate a file for Patricia Moore and it was closed and refunded Feb. 11, 2004. This person submitted 2 dates. Her dates were not available and she was refunded. She received 2 dates not available letters and did not submit further dates. It is clearly stated we cannot guarantee dates being available. There are many things that determine availability and it is not our agency. Due to the nature of our business we will always have unhappy customers, it is not possible to please everyone. This customer has a second file, but, there has been NO activity since 2003, including NO emails from this person on this second file!! Thre are NO other files.

I HAVE TO AGREE WITH PAT - BEARCOUNTRY VACATIONS you always respond with 'IT'S THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT'. All these people can't be wrong or 'at fault'.

I have noticed that you always respond with 'IT'S THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT'. All these people can't be wrong or 'at fault'. 1 or 2, but not all.

SO, to me, this has RIP-OFF written all over it. Your company seems to be a sleezy operation. And until you prove otherwise, you're not going to convice anyone that these reports are false. ALL THE COMPLAINTS ARE SAYING THE SAME THING!

We have no clients at all names Pat form Ocean View Delaware. Secondly we only provide one $25.00 discount of we could nt fulfill your dates and it is not possible for you to keep being turned down constantly. If you were turned down multiple times, obviously you were also advised the reason and it was most likely due to non fulfillment of terms on your part. Specifically dates 10 days apart being midweek (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Reports should be confirmed as real before posting on this site or nay site!
