Capital Vacations/Travel Agency Network rip-off and illegally withdrawn money from checking account off a voided check. Rip-off! St. Petersburg/Tampa Florida

Hello everyone,

I was called sometime in the beginning of August from a company that told me I won a vacation. I wasn't interested in the first place because I just came back from a four year vacation in the Navy. Mind you I served since 2000 onboard the USS Kittyhawk, and I am a two time Veteran of a Foreign War. The woman said that there was no strings attached she would send me the information and left me a number to call her back if I wanted to proceed and become a member. She said she was from Capitol Vacations! Anyways I got a letter in the mail on the 31st of August saying that I would be charged a fee of 149.00 on the 31st if I didn't cancel mind you it was the 31st i rushed to the telephone and cancelled it three times!

A few days later I checked my bank account and there was an illegal transaction made for 149.00. These people (without) my consent took the money out of my account and it went into the negitives and stuck me with surcharges! I called my bank and straightened things out but I am still waiting for a refund! If this happened to you and you want to try and get a refund well this is how you do it 888-320-6847 thats your only hope! If you tried to call the numbers on the site off the internet well it's a dead end and you won't get thru! I've tried! Either they are disconnected or something else whatever the case may be.

If you ask me this country has a lot of problems within it's self we are self destructing as we speak because evidently the US always trys to be the helping hand of the world when the US forgot how to help itself! And what I've seen with scams and etc. the majority come from Florida, the state from our good friend Jeb Bush! I hope this report helps you in some way in getting your hard earned money back.
