This company called me on my cel phone offering a vacations, a hundred dollar gas card. They said you can cancel within the first two weeks and still use the $100 gas card. If you don't cancel they automatically bill your account. The sales rep told me to look for a gold envelope in the mail. With gas being $2.97, it sounded pretty convenient.

Well, the true story is the gas card was $10 dollar individual vouchers for reimbursement that had to be mailed in. Immediately I called and cancelled the vacations and the gas promotion.
Two weeks later I recieved a charge of $49.95 on my account. Apparently I did not cancel all three services I was enrolled in. I only cancelled two out of the three. The Prism Unlimited calling card company charged me. This was suppossedly in a blue envelope. I looked for the gold envelope and knew nothing about it.
To get my money back I have to write a letter to corporate in Largo, Florida, and they will decide if I get my money or not.
I'm not holding my breathe!!!! Complete rip-off. The gas card was the lure and they got me.

NOTHING NEW WITH SUNTASIA !!

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 08, 2006

Well Maria, it's pretty much the same thing with everyone else. Suntasia Marketing is the company who promotes this sham. They constantly mis-lead people into thinking they are getting a good deal when in reality it's just a waste of your time.

They change the name of their products about once a year. Travel Agents Go Direct use to be known as Agents Travel Network before that it was something else and so on. Many people around the country are irate that this company continues to illegally debit accounts without telling you the truth about how to cancel. If you want to cancel ALL 3 packages you have to call 3 different numbers which by the way ALL lead back to the same place, customer service at Suntasia Marketing in Largo, Florida.

If you look at other posts on this site it will show you what you can do to stop them but rest assure these crooks are NOT fooling everyone b/c it seems that the media has finally started to expose these people. KOMO CHANNEL 4 NEWS in Seattle, Washington did a story on Suntasia and it's questionable marketing practices after a viewer call their station to complain about them.

You will see that you are not alone. The Florida State Attorney Generals Office is now investigating according to the news report done back about a month ago. The more people raise their voices about Suntasia the better off ALL of us will be.
