FRAUD: Travel Card International (Jamaica Digiport International) Travel & Credit card Rip-off

On June 27th, 2001 I was contacted over the phone by a company by the name "Travel Card International" offering a $2,000 Limit on a visa/masterard and $2,800 on Travel card. At the time I was not able to withdraw the money from my account all at once so they offered me a plan in 3 installments the first one on 07/10/01 for $69, another on 07/28/01 for $66 and the last one on 08/13/01 for $63.

I waited until 08/13/01 to call them to see after that payment how much longer I had to wait to receive the package. A lady with a very short attitute answered the phone and told me that it will be mailed within 14 days. So I follow to verify with her that the package should by mailed to me no later than September 4th, 2001, she stated "yes". At this point I did not notice anything unusual other that took them very long to answer the phone but, I also thought that could be very busy. I follow up and call back on Sept. 5th, 6th, 7th and 10th and I am still getting a recording that the phone (877) 906-5666 is temporarily out of service. I need somebody to Help me to get my money back or at least give me more information if anybody knows. If there is other people Can we get together and try to do something?
