Travel centers hire me on 11/17/08. My job tittle was to an asst. manager.for the jessup store name brand of country pride. I train in p.a. same brand .The assistant manager mit schedule was a 7 week plan.I was pullout of training after 6weeks .
i was told by the rgm in store 151 not be worry about the stuff that i did not know and that she would help me with all that i didnot understand that she would take care and teach me all that she could .So as the story goes she was no help to me at all. She was to busy doing nothing but starting s--t!!!!!
To make a long story short anyone who reads this should think before stop at the T.A. before putting your cash in thier store if you buy gas or a cup of coffe, think about the people who have lost jobs and the famliy hurt because of the racist people who run that company.I lost my job because i failed the final test.
I belive that that rgm should be got rid of ,She has many cases filed with her from the E.E.O.C . ALL OF GOD, CHILDREN AND BE TREATED THE SAME IF YOU ARE BLACK WHITE RED GREEN, ANYONE WHO READS THIS THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND!!!!!!!!!!

Wake up and smell the coffee, It is 2009 - Illiteracy is IGNORANCE, not a disability. Most companies use some form of testing in their training programs. Stop whining, Go back to SCHOOL or enroll in some form of Adult Basic Education.....and please stop playing the race card, If you cannot READ, WRITE and/or PASS A TEST it is because you are IGNORANT, not the color of your skin.
