Florida Tourist Bureau Took my money, faxed vouchers-but has not paid the cruise line ripoff Kissimmee, Florida

I purchased 2 $199 packages that was to include a cruise and 3 night stay in Bahamas - when I actally booked the vactations, after upgrades the price was oer $2,400 - paid on my credit card. The vacation was to be taken in Sept 2004. It took an enormous amount of calls but I did finally get my vouchers. The trip was cancelled as result of a hurricane and I was given two years to make it up - after many more calls - we booked it for fri 9/1/06 and added another person and had to pay more money because two children were now over 12 - another $399 charged on my card.

I have not yet received my vouchers by mail (although I was told they were mailed last week), and I did receive a fax of the vouchers. However, Discovery cruise line (I called them) told me they would not honor the vouchers because they have not received payment.

I have been calling and faxing Florida Tourist Bureau constantly. I spoke once with Beth last week who promised she would fax the vouchers. She did - but they did not include the additional person I paid for and the crusie line vouchers apparently are bogus. I have not heard from her since and do not know what to do. It is now Aug 28
