I booked and paid for my ticket. I called Travel2go numerous times to find out if I need any visas or travel documentations. They told me on three iccatiobs thatbi need no Visa. When boarding my flight, I got told on airport that I need a transit visa for Australia. Travel2go deny that they said anything. I booked a flight to go to my mums funeral on Wednesday thus week 13 June 2017. They want me to pay $1100 to book another flight. If they refund me, it will take 1-2 months and I will loose another $900. The messed up by giving me the wrong information, now I can't go to my mums funeral. I don't have extra it any money to buy another ticket as my community raised money for my ticket. I need urgent help please!!! I called them but they keep putting the phone down in my ear. I emailed 3 times no reply what so ever. Please help me I beg you, do not want to miss me mums funeral, haven't seen my mum or familiacin 5 years. This not fair. Thank you

 Travel2go for the last four days, I am emailing and calling you non stop. Your Customer Support Team, takes days to reply and if they reply they sent information. I know all the information, I want to speak to one of your Claims Managers or someone higher up. I would appreciate it if you can contact me via phone, to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. I missed my moms funeral due to wrongful information. Please contact me on: (0064) 2108131900 / email natasha.delport007@gmail.com Its time to solve this matter asap, I am done calling Travel2be and the unprofessional services I am receiving. Its shocking for your staff to hang up on me yesterday...6 times in less then an hour!! So not professional. When receiving payment for booking you took the money quickly, but soon there is a problem you put the phone down. That's why I didn't had any other choice but to call N.Z Media to investigate. Its a shame and disgusting how you guys treat your "customers"!!! Cheers Natasha
