Travelocity Liars and Lack of Customer service Nationwide

I went to San Juan Puerto Rico and I find this Company on the Internet looking for full pack travel( Flight,Hotel and Car Rental) all this was a terrible experience at the bottom I writte the issues 

Flight from American Airlines  to departure on Thursday 5 March 2015    at 7:21AM  postponed to Friday 6 March 2015

At 5:19 PM , Also they change the Airport from departure from Dulles Wahington International to Baltimore Washington International  I have to travel from home to the Airport 45 miles  after the Aiport change I drove 98 mile to Baltimore Airport

and I have to change the  Airport for the arrival  they want me to get back to Dulles ,imagine leave my vehicle on Baltimore and get back to Dulles 

Arrival to San Juan Puerto Rico on Saturday 7 March  at 00:56 AM ,went to the Hotel and find out my room was cancelled , because I didn't show up on time ,well I ask for another room ,sorry we have not rooms available 

Automobil rental  I have to paid extra 275.00 because the upgrades when I make the reservation with the car rental included 

I f you try to call them they put in hold for more the 30 minute, or more they are not proffesionals  also they not disclose the price because they hidden extra fees  I make a big mistake dealing with this Company 

I travel to differents places but never in my life Found  all this troubles ,I will never make business with such a company TRAVELOCITY  , is the worst in Traveling they need change the name to TRAVELWORSTCITY
