Ordered Wall Mounting Ash Tray in March, 2007; required to pay in advance with check for $63.65. Trayvad cashed our check in April, 2007. Product has never been delivered. I cannot reach Trayvad by phone or e-mail. Trayvad does not return calls or e-mails.
