I was an employee there, I filed chapter 7 several month before my vehicle took a turn for the worse. They did help get into a newer more reliable vehicle. As an employee I enjoyed having payments  taken from my paycheck. And all was kosher Until I decided it was time for me to make better living and I gave my notice… the first indicator was I late on my insurance payment three days  and they came and repo the vehicle . Ok. My bad But why didn’t  they call me, and tell me to bring it back I would have... they then charged me 350 in fees.  I changed jobs again 4 months later , and was short and payment I sent them what I had with an attached letter stating my new employer and new pay dates and I would have the remainder and the full current payment on  the 25^th of this month.

I called them and left messages no one returned my calls. All was good! Until last night when  my truck was gone with all my stuff and groceries in it … no calls from them and no  letters from them they just came and took it.

I did read the contract several times and they are in violation of it. As I am for having alter partial payments. Being a past employee knowing how they operate they will do what they want.

They plan to sell the vehicle again at a inflated price and then try to say they lost money and then sue me … bad practices I think so …….. Our day in court will come. I may lose but I will not give in ……
