On Dec 11, 2012, I ordered 3 items from EliteXtreme.com (Order nr EX-466357), through my Paypal account, for a $60.46 total.

On Dec. 14, 2012 ,I received only one item in the mail. I called the company, (407) 260-3650, that same day, and spoke to representative Jason. I was told the store was out of the items but might be in the next shipment on Mon., Dec. 17, 2012.

On Tue., Dec 18, 2012, I emailed (info@elitextreme.com )and called the company again requesting item status. I received no response to my email. When I called, Jason informed me the remaining items were not in but the next shipment was for Fri., Dec. 21, 2012.

I next called on Wed., Dec 26, 2012, to check status. Jason informed me the items still had not come in but the next scheduled shipment would be-Fri. Dec 28, 2012. By this time, I had researched other supply sources and availability and could receive items sooner then the expected delivery from Elitextreme.com. I informed Jason to cancel my order and to send a confirmation email. He complied and stated refund should be seen in five (5) business days, by Mon., Jan. 7, 2013. I followed up my cancellation order with an email to info@elitextreme.com and admin@elitextreme.com the same day. I received no email response. I calculated my refund to be $49.98.

On Mon, Jan. 7, 2012, I called the company again, as I had not received the refund. Jason stated the refund had not been processed yet and he would ensure processed that day and should see the refund in 48 hours. I requested again a confirmation email but have yet to receive notification of cancellation in my inbox or junk mail.

On Thurs., Jan. 10, 2013 and again on Tues., Jan 15, 2013, I called the company as I still had not seen any refund. Both times Jason told me the request was in accounting and that I should see the request within 24 hours.

As, Jan. 23, 2013, I have not seen a refund on my Capital 1 or Paypal account.

Refund...About TIME!!!!

Went through Paypal, BBB, and fraud website to post my complaint and experience. Finally 29 days later and multiple correspondences with company and Paypal, they sent me my refund.  But the they still shorted me by 11 dolloras. This company is truely untrust worthy.
