The item I ordered was received as described however it had a tear in it. I immediately called to complain and was told to take a picture and email it to them, I did. I called back to ensure they received my email, they did. The original shipment only took 4 days, which is why I was concerned after a week had passed and still nothing. I called back to check on the shipment and also to complain that a piece was also missing and I could not finish putting it together without it.  They said to take a picture and email it to them, I did. He said I should be receiving the first package shortly and the missing piece would be sent right away, this was three weeks ago!
