A wall art piece ordered and payed 400$ to Frameless Art on March 23rd, 2013 at the 32nd Annual Houston Home Show was never delivered to us. Date: 23-March-2013 Sales Rep: Nizar Aberkan Price: $400 (paid by cash) Art Piece: Big Tree close to a wall with sunny green mountain background (3 x 28' x 28' pieces).

We were told that order would be delivered 4 weeks after the 2nd Annual Houston Home. 4 weeks later we were told that the delivery would be late due to the amount of order placed during the home show. Then we tried to call the sales representative (Nizar) several time and he never answered the phone again. Consequently we called the phone number of Frameless Art that we found on our electronic receipt and we were told that Nizar left the company.

The owner of Frameless Art, Simon, told us that Nizar had used his company name at the Houston home show and that he did not know anything about our order. Later, we finally get in touch again with Nizar, only by text message as he never answered the phone, that told us that he had been laid of by Frameless Art and that he could not help us with our order.

In addition we figured out that we have been lied by the Sales representative about several topics. He told us that he was the photographer of the pictures and that the pictures were printed in California while Simon told us that he orders them from Asia. Also, Nizar told us that he was told by Simon to lie about being the photographer to sell the pictures. He also lie about the price of the art piece that were supposed to be discounted for the home show and that appeared to be less expensive on Frameless Art website.

Finally after many discussion Simon proposed us to send us the pictures at his own cost but told us that we had to wait for one of his shipment to come from Asia as it was not available in stock. It was at the end of May. Since then we haven't heard a word from Simon and we don't manage to reach him on the phone.
