Triad Financial Corporatioan - Triad A company that breaks the LAW Huntington Beach California

I purchased a 2004 auto in 2004 and made all my payments on time for two years then I lost my job after that I had made some payments late off and on as I only found part time jobs but I would call triad to let them know what was going on then after I found a full time job so I called triad to let them know that I was back to work full time and also to make a payment so I made a payment by check by phone and then told them that i would make a payment every pay till it was up to date as i was only behind by $900 they said that would be ok on the phone but the next day triad called me to ask me where they could pick up the car so that they could take it back I said why would you want to do that now as I started makeing my payments but they where very mean to me, they did not take the car then but started calling my work place and my brothers and then called my 90 year old mother and told her that she was just as responsable for the loan as I was,this is a false statement as she did not sign the loan as I was the only one on the loan then they called her again and told her that they was going to report me to the police for stealing a car I called them back and told them never call her again as I will turn them in for false statements to collect on a loan they still called her I then made a report to the attorney general office and the BBB was told that it is the Law that they cannot use false statements nor abuse a person to collect on a loan I got so tired of them I told them to come and get the car they took there time doing it but kept calling me to ask when they could pick up the car, after a month they finally took the car and then reported to the credit agency that it was a involuntary repo. I would be very interested in a calss action law suit
