Triad Financial ripoff, did not debit account on the correct date Huntington Beach California

We got a loan from them and used the check. We paid the first time over the phone with our debit card, set up the following months payment for a check by phone to debit our account on the 20th. (Had changed pay dates since we are military).

As of May 20th (sat) they had not debited our account, instead they did it on the 29th of May, even though I have a letter stating our new due date was the 20th. Well needless to say it caused a bunch of trouble. They started calling 10-12 times a day, I told them I wanted the funds taken out on the 20th, their response was oops we have it for the 29th, told them I have it on THEIR paper they sent me of the 20th, they again said oops.

I then called to set up an allotment, they said no we can't do that we have to send you paperwork, usually you can just get routing # and acct # and thats it, but no they had to make a big deal out of it. They said again give us your acct info and we will debit your acct, said no I don't want to pay that fee and they said that is the only way we can pay. Even though they are sending me the forms for the allotment? Needless to say I have started using webpill pay through my bank and seperate account so they don't debit the wrong amount. Hopefully they won't screw it up again, should have taken it out on the 20th like I requested.

I explained that hubby is about to deploy to Iraq and that is why we need the allotment, they said no don't do that only way to pay is through them, which I know is not true.

Would like to be in on this class action suit.
