I have had the same experiences as the rest of the people on this website. However, to all you "PERFECT" a*s people who post those bs comments about those of us who complain can kiss my a**, because you do not know what the hell people like us go through or what situations may arise. Walk in our shoes first before you go around making stupid a*s comments.

Now, my family and I are Hurricane Katrina victims. I did purchase my vehicle after we relocated. It has been extremely hard trying to adjust and get back on track while trying to get back everything you lost. So, yeah after having my vehicle for 6 months through Capital One, I refinanced through Road Loans to lower my payments. I was glad I did refinance, becasue instead of everything getting better it got worse. I had to have several surgeries, and I was constantly off work. Mind you my husband had still not found a job. Eventually he did, but it did not help much. The hurricane was almost 2 years ago, and we still do not have living room furniture.

During my recovery, and after we were trying to maintain. To the self rightous perfect people, those of us who are fortunate enough to obtain decent employment to survive, tend to go through things like this. We do not blame others, all we ask for is a break when we really need it. Any way, I has been behind on my payments since being with Triad. I have experienced the disrespectful and multiple phone calls regarding my late payments. Also, I have been through them debiting my account without my authorization, which put me in the hole more and continuously made my payments late while trying to correct their mistakes.

Well, I had been behind since a partial payment in March. I was able to make the payment in April, however I was unable to make a payment in May or June. So as you know, they put out the repo order, but only for the $58.18 remaining from March. The repo guy came to my house @ 1:38 A.M banging on my door like the police. My husband cursed him out and told him where he could go. Then the repo guy called after he left and left a message on our voice mail stating he was going to get the sheriff if he did not get a call by 9 AM. Guess what? He did not get a call. He eventually called the next day around 9 PM talking about he was investigator something I cannot remember the name he used, and saying we messed up saying I did not live here or whatever. I was like you still are not getting the truck, so investigate that s**t, and hung up on his dumb a*s.

So, meanwhile I had been negotiating the $58 payment with I guess the repo dept. @ Triad, they kept saying if I got that in then they would close the repo.( I hid my truck for 2 weeks in my garage) LikeI explained to the rep ( Jim Bass) it is hard trying to decide whether you are going to feed your kids or make a car payment. I guess he was touched by God, because when I finally made the $58 payment today, he told me, " Any one else I would not have cared about or tried to help, but you seem like a nice person and I understand how hard it can be with all you have been through, that is why I wanted to help you. I was shocked!

So they are trying to get an extension approved which he promised me it would go through. After everything I have been through with these rude people, I finally found two people who were willing to listen and understand because I told the truth about my circumstances, and let them know what was going on in my life, not like they really cared, but for every comment they had for doing their job in trying to get their money, I had a counter argument that they did not have a comeback for. So, I do want to thank Jim Bass and Willie Sanchez for their help and assitance, as well as their understanding. I do not plan to get behind anymore, especially with this extension, becasue I will not have a payment due until July 21st.

So, to everyone having a hard time, trust me I feel you I have been through it with them. However, maybe if you speak with the right people you may be able to get a break.
