Triad Financial Total Rip Off North Richland Hills Texas

In 2006 we bought a 2003 SUV that had 79k miles on it. Somehow we were talked into getting financing at 23k. Now 2 years later and $700 a month payments and we still owe $18k. I understand the interest rate is high, but this company is truly a rip off. We've tried to get the vehicle refinanced to lower the finance rate, but when they come back and say, no I'm sorry you can't do that b/c your credit isn't that good. Well they provided the loan to begin with. You'd think they'd just drop the rate. They are surely quick enough to call you if you are one day late but when you try to contact them about rectifying situations the person you need to speak with is never at their desk and they are not set up on voice mail. They constantly say they don't get payments, they don't process them on time and they call numbers they aren't supposed to be calling. I too, would like to be involved in some sort of class action law suit. I am now stuck in a bind - I don't know whether to keep paying on this SUV or giving it back and risk the bad mark on my credit b/c of what they are doing to me and my family.
