Out of the blue, this company called me and offered to help me establish and build a successful online business that they promised would be successful, that would not require any out of money pocket, that would require 10-15 hours per week of my time, and that in 60-90 days, I would be making between $2,000 - $5,000/mo. They also told me that they would work "hand in hand" with me every step of the way. The Rep. was a smooth talker and reassured me that they WOULD make sure it would be successful if I was willing to work to attain it. He bragged that they were listed in Dunn & Bradstreet. Before I entered into this, I went to the BBB and searched their database to see if there were any complaints on this company. There were no complaints listed, so I figured it was "ok". Since I did NOT have the entire amount they requested, this Rep. told me I could put part of the amount on my credit card (which was $1500) and the balance would be financed through a company that he said they "work with" that would provide a "no-interest" business loan. He said that by the time the loan and credit card payments came due for payment, the website would be turning a profit, and it would pay for the loan and credit card.

I was very anxious to get started as I am a widow with little money to spend for anything. I was assigned a "coach" (choke choke) that was supposed to help me and guide me every step of the way. It took him forever to even contact me..... and then seemed to drag his feet the entire time. He said if I had any questions or problems, that he would be there to help me (yeahhhh rightttt!). This was NOT the case by a long shot! I must have written 2 or 3 dozen e-mails (which I have) and called him 100 times asking that he return my call because I needed help. He did NOT return my e-mails or calls! I even sent carbon copies to the rep that I originally signed up with, thinking perhaps HE could spur "my coach" to call me and help.

About two or three weeks before the first loan payment was due May 9th, I had talked to the Rep. about it and he said not to worry about it.... that he would take care of it and have it deferred. I trusted that he did as he promised, and took care of it. Again, when the June payment was coming due, I contacted "my coach" and explained that I was NOT getting what I paid for and that the June payment was fast approaching. He said that he would talk to the financial department and "take care of it". Well.... the finance company called me shortly after that and wanted to know what arrangements I was going to make for the May and June payments. I told them what that the "grusome twosome" had said, and she said that they had NOT contacted them AT ALL! She told me to get them to fax her something saying that is what they told me. I desperately attempted to call them to tell them this... but for 2 weeks I have gotten nothing but an answering machine. I also tried NUMEROUS times to contact them to help me with the website. I believe I only talked to "my coach" about 4 times.... and he did NOT really "mentor" me as far as teaching me what I needed to do to make the website productive.

After my patience wore short... (and I AM a VERY patient person)... I decided to surf around the web and see if I could find anything more out about Triad Media Inc. I found this website and found out that Triad Media (which USED to be Innovative Software Technologies) was a business entity of PMG which is a known scam company. I am now faced with a website that is in limbo because the company is a fraud, I owe $1500 on my credit card (which I can't afford without the income that was promised from the website), and the finance company is sending the loan into review because I did not pay May and June payments because the "Dynamic Duo" assured me they would "take care of it", and DID NOT!

I can not afford these expenses, and only agreed to them because I was promised that within 60-90 days after we started, the website would be bringing in anywhere from $2000 - $5000 a month. I am unable to contact ANYONE in that company! I have even tried the "customer service" extension... to no avail. I would appreciate any and all help you can give me. As a side note... I received some "aids" in the mail that was supposed to help my business. All they sent me were some binders full of real estate things, and a couple CD's that had nothing to do with MY business at all! I have nothing to do with real estate! I have worked VERY hard on this website, spending 40+ hours a week working on it (course it's harder when you have to figure it out yourself because there's no coach to help you!)

I have tried to contact them via e-mail and telephone... I get nothing but an answering machine, and no return calls. I have phone records for SOME of the calls because many were toll free calls... but once I started to see what was happening, I started spending MORE money I didn't have just to make sure it was a "long distance" call so that I would have a record of it. I also have all the e-mails I sent, and some of the "read requests" that shows that they received them and did nothing about them. I explained all this to the finance company, and while they were understanding to a degree, they STILL are sending this to review and threatening my credit rating will be damaged because of it.

The finance company called AGAIN today and said that THEY had been sending faxes to Triad Media Inc, and Triad will NOT respond to THEM either! Go figure, right?

BEWARE OF TRIAD MEDIA! They are SMOOTH talkers... UNTIL they have your money, and then they don't talk AT ALL!
