I hired Mark to install 2 eleven foot hoods in my new resturant im fixing up to open soon. We signed a contract with details of work that was to be done and he took a check for the downpayment, which was $13,500. He said in the contract that he would have all necessary permits and inspections. He started did not order the hoods , took the money and piddled for three months without the permit.                              When brought to my attention I asked for this information from him and he did not have it or my money. I told him to leave and I will see him in court. His business is fictitious and he is a fraud. Beware of this guy cause he takes big bucks and does not do the job!! His phone number and name is the only thing correct however.
