Do not trust this company! Lies, deceit, non-stop runaround from customer service!

I play some games on facebook, and TrialPay offers me in-game gold for completing online offers.

These range from surveys, to buying stuff like shoes or signing up for Netflix etc.

I have completed maybe 2 dozen offers over the past year. Recently I ran into a problem.

The links for TrialPay offers in-game no longer worked. I kept getting a message, "Cannot Connect to TrialPay".

I tried using different web browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome etc), clearing my internet history, disabling firewalls, adblock, anti-virus etc. Even had friends try from their computers at home, most of which had never used TrialPay before. Nothing worked, we all got the same error message.

So I emailed the support team at TrialPay. After a few days I got an email back saying my account had "Negative Qualities" reported. They accused me of ordering some magazine subscriptions thru one of their offers, then immediately cancelling it. They were also suspending my TrialPay account FOREVER, and I would never be able to complete any more offers because of this negative feedback.

Firstly, I never cancelled the magazines in question. I still, to this very day, get them delivered to my house.

Secondly, I have credit card statements showing the payment for said magazines.

Thirdly, this was clearly a technical issue, because friends who had never even used TrialPay were also unable to connect.

These accusations and BS answers from TrialPay support were very frustrating, not to mention false.

After about 20 emails back and forth from TrialPay, during which I had to agree to their terms of service and various policies, they FINALLY said they could restore my account.

Guess what, it did NOT resolve the issue I was having. Nothing had been fixed. When I contacted TrialPay again, they said it was because my account once again had negative feedback. Complete rubbish.

And about a week later, i got TWO copies of the same magazines I had subscribed to. I checked my credit card statement, and sure enough, they had billed me again for the magazine subscriptions.

Save yourself a lot of time & headache. Do not bother with this company. They are liars and scammers. TrialPay's customer service is a bad joke. MANY people have had similiar issues with TrialPay, and a lot of people have gotten ripped off and over-charged by TrialPay. This is a BAD company, they do not care at all about their customers and only care about how much money they can screw you out of.
