TRIBUTE CARD Unveliebable and shameful service Atlanta,Georgia, Internet

I'm one of the many that after having paid on time , the cancel the card because of internal issues.
Obviously, I have to pay on a monthly basis and the customer service is one of the worsts I've ever
dealt with.
Today I called because I saw on the paper statement some "cuota"(spanish word) charges of 35.00 and for the 2011 a totall of 170.00. First of all I had to call 4-5 times before he call could get answered and not hanging up on me; when finally explained the lady about the reason of my call, she put me on hold to check with her supervisor; she came back and said didn't know about the charges I was talking about and that  I had to call Cust. service and gave me the same # I had called before; I said it was the same # I've been calling and then she said they were the collection dpt and because i had made a
payment online today I COULD NOT TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL TOMORROW....I was so upset because as a customer, I didn't received help resolving the issue...ISN'T THAT FUNNY...they CHARGE FEES and THEN THEY DON'T know and NOBODY CAN HELP......BUT, when THEY ARE CALLING for the  payment they REALLY HARASS you to death....what are we talking about ....DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL tomorrow to find where those charges are coming from......?
THIS SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE and it confirms what a RIP OFF this is.......!
