The Property manger Patti from TRICON DEVELOPMENT OF BREVARD, INC had my work truck towed while I was working on thier property. My Company Truck was legally park and Has My Company Phone number that was clearly display on truck. I also had called them early that day to rent one of the offices or to fix all the repairs that they dont care to fix.

I had previously filed a reply to this inaccurate report and am surprised that I do not see it posted, however the report is completely false.
This man had been living out of his truck in the back of our shopping plaza for many days and had received several requests from our maintenance supervisor to move his vehicle as it was against Margate Code. I never received any telephone calls from him, nor have I ever spoken to him. Our company had to have his vehicle towed eventually so as to stay in compliance with Code.

This is a false report submitted by a vengeful homeless gentleman who was living in the back parking lot of the shopping center doing improper things. He was asked several times to stop his activities and relocate to somewhere else to which he refused and after proper warnings we had his vehicle removed.
At no time was this gentleman ever in the employement of Tricon Development of Brevard, Inc.
