TriEagle Energy ,Manager Lynnez, Power turned off without warning Houston Texas
In direct violation of Texas Public Utilites Act, TriEagle turned off power to a residence without sending prior cut-off notice. Lynezz -- a manager with the company, admitted that no registered or certified mail was sent to the customer. Lynnez admitted that the company received payment 30 days before turnoff.
Customer received an email that was in junk email from TriEagle in April 2014. Customet paid invoive on April 10.
On an unknown date after April 10, 2014, the customer was allegedly sent a disconnection notice by email and regular mail. No such notice was received. The disconnection notice, was not sent through registered or certified mail. TriEagle admits it received payment on April 10, 2014 but disconnected service on May 13, 2014, after payment was received.
Even though payment had been received for invoice dated April 10, 2014 on that same day, power was turned off Individuals shopping for electrical power should be aware that TriEagle is mismanaged by woman named Lynnez and that due to incompetence of Lynnez, power can be shut off even after invoice paid.
