I noticed a charge on my Mastercard (from HSBC ) for $99.99 from TLG Just For Me. An obviuos fraudulant charge I emailed Customer Service at HSBC. They emailed me a reply..."you must call and cancel the service " . I emailed them a second time and told them this is FRAUD and it is HSBC responsibility to investigate and prosecute. Second, I told them if I were to call it would be as though I had the service voluntarily and wanted to cancel...which is patently untrue. HSBC sent another patronizing email telling me I must call TLG to cancel.
Then I investigated TLG and found a myriad of lawsuits brought by several State Attorney Generals and individual class actions. HSBC by stonewalling me on this obvious fraud is complicit in this scam. Today complaints were filed with : FTC..California Consumer Protection..Credit Bureau..BBB in California and New York against HSBC and TLG...
