Trillium Centrado Apartments : Centrado Apartments YOU'LL BE WISE NOT TO RENT FROM "TRILLIUM" CENTRADO! Tempe , Arizona

"TRILLIUM" CENTRADO IS NOT WHAT OR WHO THEY CLAIM THEY ARE!!!! How do I know? I am a previous resident that unfortunately rented from this joke of a complex. Lucky for me, I was able to get out a couple months ago. The only thing going for this place is its staff! And I don't rent at places to have a personal relationship with its staff members!

Where to begin..... oh yeah!! The name "TRILLIUM" Centrado is not who they are! This property is not a "TRILLIUM" property! Meaning it is not owned by TRILLIUM like all its other properties. Do they tell you this? Nope, they sweep that under the rug and "forget" to tell you that!

TRILLIUM PROPERTIES ARE REALLY NICE! IN FACT THAT'S WHO I THOUGHT I WAS RENTING FROM. But if you believe you will be receiving the amenities and luxuries and certain perks of living at a TRILLIUM property, guess again. This property (owned by someone completely different who doesn't really care what the place looks like) merely leases the name and has TRILLIUM manage its apartments. All upgrades, upkeep and living conditions are decided by the owner.

* Trillium Centrado claims they are doing upgrades, but they never seem to occur. The entire time I lived here, upgrades that were PROMISED when I moved in never happened. Unless you consider bubble gumming repairs or plumbing upgrades.  

* There are two laundry rooms.... and half of all machines are broken down 50 % of the time. You feel like you're waiting to do your laundry at the river and it takes nearly five hours. When you bring it up to the front office, they tell you to call the maintenance number above the washers. Even after that it takes almost two weeks for the machines to work or be repaired. NO LIE OR EXAGGERATION.   

*Patios....what patios? Most all of them look like a flea market and have refrigerators, furniture and stuff cluttering them. Or even better, some of them have dog crap all over the patios! Yay Centradooooooo!

* Not once, but three times the pools were unusable. The second time this happened, the city closed down both its pools due to health violations!!!!!! I have pictures of that one. Made me all warm and fuzzy inside!

* Water was shut off for up to an entire day and a half three times!!!! Don't be surprised if you can't do dishes, shower, wash clothes, etc.. You know, the normal things humans like to do but can't at Trillium Centrado when this happens.

I won't go any further as I think you get the idea. It is not business as usual at Centrado apartments. If they represented themselves as they are and actually did the things they claim then this would not be a problem. This place needs a complete overhaul as they said they were doing. But don't hold your breath for that to happen. I am not the only resident to feel this either. There number of residents is slowly dwindling and rightfully so.
