I answered an add from this company claiming to offer help with securing a mortgage loan modification on my home. I lost my part-time employment and was unable to keep up with my mortgage payments.and needed help to avoid foreclosure . They agreed to help me for an up-front fee of $250. I am 70y/o an on a fixed income,but I saved it up an gave it to the sales rep. I waited for them to work on my case.I kept waiting and they became harder to contact, they would not answer their phones,nor return my calls. They did not provide the services,nor return my fees for services.The sales rep. came to my home to do the application and explainhow they could help me save my house and refinance my auto loan.
