My roommate used this company to move cross country. Even though the movers were told what to take, they still ended up taking my cedar chest by mistake when they were moving out of the house on December 5. Triple 7 Movers was contacted right away and they said they had the piece of furniture still in Vegas and that it would be pulled out and kept in their warehouse and would not stay on the truck that was going cross country. But it was sent on the truck anyway.

When it arrived on the East coast on November 17, my roommate had Itay Dadon, Dispatcher, send and email confirmation saying that the item would be delivered back to the home it was taken from in Vegas. After numerous phone calls and emails, we still had no details as to where my chest was. Finally around December 17 I was told that the truck would be arriving around December 23-24. I had informed them that I needed the chest back by the 23rd as I would be leaving out for town and needed item in that chest before I left. The trunk contains ALL of my winter sweaters, ski clothing and layers.

I held off leaving for the holiday so that I could get those items before I headed up north where it was below freezing everyday. On the morning of the 23rd, 48 days after the chest was first taken, I called repeatedly. I continually got someone will call you right back or else the phone would just ring and ring with no answer. Midday when I still had no response as to where my chest was or when it would be returned I headed to the place of business to talk to someone in person only to discover the warehouse is a fake store front. While they have a sign hanging out front, no one actually works in the office and the business is actually operated out of a warehouse off

Craig Rd.
More frustrated than before I continue calling until I finally get someone to answer and get once again the someone will call you right back response.

Finally for the first time in 48 days, someone actually called me back. At about 1:00pm a dispatcher Tom called me to tell me the truck was in Colorado and would not be back until after the holiday. I have been more than patient working with this company and their mistake, but this had become more than ridiculous. I had NO winter clothing and asked Tom how I would be compensated for this seeing as I would need to go out and purchase warm clothing. I got the typical I need to check with my supervisor and I will get right back with you. I never heard back from Tom about my trunk or any sort of compensation or when it would be returned.

Now, Dec. 30, 55 days after the furniture was mistakenly taken, I still have not received my cedar chest. I called Tom and spoke with him this morning. He said he would call me right back as they always say, and never do. Thirty minutes later I called him again. He said he is still trying to track the item, the item they keep assuring me they know the location of, and would call me back. I still have yet to hear back from Tom or anyone else from this company. The chest and the items in it are valued over $3000. Im done dealing with this company and their horrible customer service. There is absolutely NO REASON why it should take 55 days to return and item that should have never been taken in the first place.
