Triple D Residential Construction Inc. is owned and operated by Ted Dicks. They lied on their contract to us about land that was theirs and indeed it is. however it is unusable land "non-profit" property because it is a river wash. They over charged us a little over $7000.
Then they have a represenative of the company Named David Warren who has threatened us, comes on to our property unannounced, sends constantly threatening e-mails, he stole my identity and set up an E-mail account with yahoo.com and then sends more harassing e-mails. He retaliates against us for taking them to court, he calls and harasses and threatens our attorney. He has been inside our house when we were not home.
This companies corporate status has been revoked by the Corporation Commission of Arizona. Their contractors licsense has been revoked also. They are uninsured and not bonded.
