I checked my bank statement today- withdrawal form account by MY Fitness Mentor. Have information it is located on or through Trislimcom.
This was an unauthorized withdrawal. I have been unable to reach them by phone, they are not listed in phonebook for that area in Utah.
I have never spoken to, authorized or dealt directly with these people.Not only did they illicitly take moneey from my account but they have caused overdraft charges as well.
