I ordered product from Juicer.com during the conversation with the agent when ordering I was not told that the protein boster i was ordering for $1.00 ea, was 2lbs 6 oz each, I ordered 12 assuming they were 12 oz.
The shipping i was charged was $47.00 for 12 seporate boxes of this Protein powder @ $12.00 charge for the entire product and once me and my family combind tasted it we were repulsed and felt totally cheeted so i begain to read the fine print. the RGA lables are printed,

These are return labels for your convenience. they are not Pre Paid, as return costs are paid by the custamer!. OK so this means i would have to pay another $47.00 to ship them back for a refund of $12.00. costing me $94.00 somethings wrong here.

The Juicer only cost me $29.00 in shipping fees and it cost me $179.94 oh and the book that i orderd for $9.99 they chareged me $4.99 shipping fees and they just opened the JUICER BOX and shuved inside that one, and still charged me the fee anyway!. It only just begain.

Then just about a month later i get a $439.36 debted from my account from TRI*power Juicer humm. I did not order anything else from that company so i called the Bank to ask them what had happend and that this charge was not authorised, then i call the only number i have for power juicer .com and keep being put on hold so i give up that afternoon to presue in the morning.

That eavning i received nine seporate boxes all more protein powder but they were smaller ea @ 1 lb 15oz and the following day three more boxes came making it 12 boxes total with a packing slip all saying the same thing.

1) 4-00129-5 protein booster f2 $29.00 ea postage $47.88 tax $31.60 1 payment of $359.88 Totals $439.36. I never ordered any of these things and hey, does not the shipping of the smaller boxs and lighter weight mean the shipping should have been cheeper.

Seems to me someone needs to investigate there shipping fee charges and kick backs from UPS. I was in shipping for 20 years i know what is going on and it needs to stop, IT IS CRIMMINAL what Tristar Products are doing to damage good names like, JACK LALANNE'S I hope Silmalina gets back to me soon about how her investgationg is going @ 800-314-4220 Tristar products.

someone please help !

TriStar signs deal with Montel Williams

AUTHOR: Papasteve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 16, 2009

Perhaps Montel Williams himself might try to straighten some things out. After all it is now his reputation that tied to TriStar now.

Of course you would think that any celeb allowing TriStar to use their name would investigate the company first.
