My friend had ordered the Jack La Lanne Juicer in May of 2003.

On July 26 she recieved the parcel, but refused to accept it, because she had ordered another juicer from another company.

TriStar took the money out before the product was send and then again after the parcel was returned. She tried calling them and they made her wait for 20-30 minutes before she had to hangup.

What kind of company takes money out twice for the same product?
